3. Scheduling & Cancellations

If you need to reschedule or cancel an appointment, please notify us at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled service time.

Cancellations or missed appointments with less than 24 hours’ notice may result in a cancellation or rescheduling fee.

Service dates may be adjusted due to weather, safety concerns, or unforeseen circumstances.
